The main function of the Personnel Affairs as an administrative unit of the university is to plan and coordinate university’s human resources policies. This department deals also with executive procedures concerning academic and administrative staff such as appointment, retirement, remuneration etc. Moreover, this administrative department arranges pre- and in-service training courses for the personnel, in order to ensure the desired motivation and productivity. These activities and services organised by the Service Department of Personnel are carried out in cooperation and coordination with the relevant administrative units at faculties, schools and institutes of the university
Our department strives for making a plan related to the policy of human resources to use effectively and offers various advices for developing the system of the staff at Nigde University and appoints the staff who have passed some exams to related units of the University; arranges and pays the salary of the staff; pensions off the staff and carries out other works which associated with the staff.Our deparment arranges and carries out inservice training education for administrative personel and programs for progressing on the job of the administrative personel.
